Before every rental, we define the system setup, check the devices and prepare the equipment so it arrives ready to use.
Before handover
Equipment setup
Before preparing your quote, we record your group size, dates, venue, duration and type of use. These details determine the number of devices, whether you need a charging case and the backup equipment.
Technical checks
We check every transmitter and receiver for correct operation, transmission, charging and the condition of key components before handover.
Cleaning & UV disinfection
We clean devices and direct-contact surfaces with professional ECOLAB products. This is followed by additional UV disinfection before the next use.
During your rental
Instructions before use
We explain the system’s basic operation before handover, so the group organiser knows how to operate and distribute the devices.
Backup equipment
The agreed setup includes a spare transmitter and 2–6 extra receivers, depending on your group size.
Support if a problem arises
If a problem occurs during use, contact us for troubleshooting and guidance. Support arrangements and hours are confirmed with your quote.
One-day or multi-day use
The length of your programme determines how the equipment is prepared and charged. A charging and transport case can be included for multi-day use.
Charging and transport case
The case keeps all devices together for organised storage, transport and recharging between days of use.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and return arrangements are agreed according to your location and rental dates.
After use
A quick phone call is all it takes to arrange a collection appointment with our team.
Delivery and collection are free within the Heraklion area.
Elsewhere in Crete or the rest of Greece, arrangements are agreed individually.

What does the rental include?
Rental includes the agreed number of transmitters and receivers, the necessary microphones and the planned backup equipment. A charging and transport case is added when required by the duration and configuration of your rental.
